The striped marsh frog is the most frequently encountered frog on the east coast from the far north and even in limited numbers in northern Tasmania. This image was created in Brisbane Forest Park on one very wet summer night when the frogs were exploding in numbers. We photographed seven species that night. I must say frogging with froggy mates is a whole load of fun!
