An Artful Ocean SL275357

The Coral Sea is home to a diverse range of marine life, including thousands of species of corals, fish and invertebrates. These creatures come in a variety of stunning forms, colors, shapes, and textures. One such species is the powder blue surgeonfish, which can often be seen in large, shimmering schools. These fish are active during the day, territorial, and can be quite aggressive towards other surgeonfish. When food is scarce, they may compete individually and even use their surgeon's scalpel as a defensive weapon.
