Male Regent bower birds showcase their vibrant plumage during a display to attract females. They engage in a swaying motion from side to side while making a raspy 'yaars' call, which becomes softer and more melodious during the display. Once the female approaches, the pair faces each other closely. Eventually, the male envelops the female with both of his wings, and copulation occurs as a result of this embrace
